Biography
Attorney, Antonio D. Paris, joins McMorrow Law as an Associate in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, representing clients in complex matters involving custody, divorce, guardianship, and more. Through compassion and empathy, Mr. Paris is able to connect with his clients and build fundamental relationships which allow him to provide a more curtailed and hands on approach.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paris worked as a family law attorney, primarily in Butler County, PA, where, in addition to the aforementioned specified areas, he specialized in other areas including support, adoptions, etc. As a former Law Clerk for Burns White, Mr. Paris worked in the Railroad Law Practice Group handling cases involving occupational disease, toxic tort litigation, qui tam matters, allegations of personal and occupational injuries and wrongful death claims brought under the Federal Rail Safety Act (FRSA).
Before Mr. Paris entered private practice, he was a Legal Intern with the Federal Public Defenders Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania where he routinely helped with the criminal defense of a variety of felony cases, at all stages of trial. Finally, Mr. Paris has also interned for the Movement Law Lab, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the idea of movement lawyering by helping practicing attorneys understand their role to underserved populations outside of the courtroom and formal attorney-client relationships.
Outside of work and school, Mr. Paris is the Vice President of Riverview School Board in Oakmont, PA, a Board Director for Allegheny Intermediate Unit, and he also serves as the Chapter Advisor to his collegiate fraternity at Carnegie Mellon University.
