Taryn is a proud Pittsburgh native and excited to have joined McMorrow Law in June of 2020. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a double major in both Communications and Political Science and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Taryn is an associate at the firm focusing on estate planning, estate administration, adoptions, guardianships, divorce, and custody.
During law school, Taryn clerked for civil litigation firms as well as the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department. She also served as the Secretary of the Pitt Law Women’s Association, Vice President and President of the Black Law Students Association, and a Teaching Assistant for first-year criminal law. Taryn was awarded with the Dean’s Scholarship upon entering Pitt Law, served as a Research Assistant for the school’s law library, and as a student ambassador for prospective students. Upon graduation from law school, Taryn served as an associate attorney in a local firm specializing in tax, employment, and civil litigation matters. Taryn is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar.
When not practicing law, Taryn enjoys reading, traveling, visiting with her friends and family, and spending time with her husband, Rob, and her Boston Terrier, Zeke.
